Dashboard Requirements Workshop
The Product team comprised the Scrum master, the product owner, and the UX Designer. At the beginning of the project, we held a workshop to define the three main functionalities of the application and prioritized them in user stories for the product backlog.
During the early stage of the product discovery, I conducted interviews with the business stakeholders and potential users in Hamburg to understand and define the needs and requirements of the users.

The three main functionalities of the application emerged out of the requirements workshop.
The Dashboard user interface requirements emerged out of the first kick-off meeting. The App consisted of three main areas: Location Management, Gateway Management, and Network Management.
Web Application for Measuring Devices
The objective was to develop a web application to streamline the remote readout, data consumption, control, and monitoring of measuring devices for metering providers, ensuring standardized, automated, and efficient data management.
Three Personas were derived from the interviews held with multiple stakeholders.

The 4-Step Process for the QSMP Installation
Use Case: Peter, the Technician, Installs the QSMP
Planning
Peter plans his new project. Prior to the customer appointment, Sabine from support center QUNDIS sends Peter all relevant information for the installation of the Gateway> customer “Mayer”
Gateway Installation
After the installation of the heat meters, Peter sends the registration form and protocol list to QUNDIS. He receives a confirmation email.
Configuration
As soon as the new customer account has been activated, Peter can access the account details on the QUNDIS Smart Metering Platform.
Monitoring
Peter sets the Location for the pre-installed Gateway at Family Mayer, Staircase 1+2, Sonnentor 1, Erfurt. A new gateway has been added to his dashboard. Here, he can see all the relevant KPIs at a glance.
